Toronto alternative real estate advice for Snoop

Housing prices continue to soar in Toronto. We explore options that allow Snoop to maximize his real estate investments while staying close to Tweed

Snoop and his Tweed produced cannabis strains are in the news yet again, this week in relation to his outrage from the US election results. He posted a picture of the Toronto skyline on Instagram, tagging Drake and asking for a real estate hookup in the 6ix.

This of course prompted various media outlets to cover the story and share it all over social media. No doubt you’ve seen something about it on your Facebook newsfeed a few times already. In almost all of these articles, Tweeds Leafs by Snoop strains are mentioned. Who would have thought the US election results would provide extra marketing material for this already controversial celebrity endorsed line of medical cannabis?

Having Snoop in Toronto would be great, but there are perhaps even better options for this Ganjapreneur that the Champagne Papi may not know about, or suggest. He could go the obvious route and buy a Yorkville penthouse or Bridle path mansion for many millions of dollars or he could get a little bit creative in his Canadian relocation and buy one of these properties for a fraction of the cost of what he would spend in Toronto. All located of course within a close proximity to the Tweed facility locations.

Amy Schumer, Lena Dunham, Brian Cranston, Barbra Streisand, Miley Cyrus and Jon Stewart are just a few of the celebrities who have said they would move to Canada if Trump won. Why not offer them a scenic rest stop experience where they can enjoy the benefits of Canadian life, Snoop style.

Option One: A Waterfront B&B opportunity in Smiths Falls Ontario

For $549,000 you could buy a 700 sq ft condo in Toronto, or you could buy this European Style home on the Rideau Canal. Although this home is a bit small for a full time residence, the upscale celebrity catering Bud & Breakfast opportunity could be huge.

A little bit of Martha home makeover magic, live streamed on Facebook could make this the ultimate episode of highly politicized cribs. Available excursions could include a short ‘nature walk’ to the Tweed facility for a personalized tour and strain from Snoop himself, in the legalized future of course.

Trump election canadaOption Two: A stone masterpiece in Niagara-on-the-lake

If Snoop wants to be closer to the action and the Niagara on-the-lake Tweed facility, this four-bedroom luxury home with 4,200 sq ft of living space is a great deal. Listed at $1,325,000 it features a 20-foot floor to ceiling stone fireplace, a grand kitchen, and luxury fixtures and accents to give it a swanky designer feel. In Toronto, he would be able to buy a 1033 sq ft three-bedroom penthouse on Bloor street for $1.3 million.

Option Three:  A Mansion named Magnolias in Niagara on-the-lake

When a house has a name like ‘Magnolias’ you know it’s going to look like something out of a movie. In Toronto $4.5 million will buy you a three-bedroom exclusive Yorkville condo in the Five Star Four Seasons building. Or he could opt for this 5-bedroom mansion with unobstructed views of Canada’s oldest Golf course and Lake Ontario for the same price.

A 5600 sq ft penthouse in Yorkville will cost Snoop around $10 million dollars. Alternatively, he could try out this 225-acre legacy property in Erie, Ontario. Located a short 30 minute drive away from Tweeds Niagara-on-the-lake facility. Sitting on this expansive property is a landmark stone mansion with more than 24,000 sq ft of living space. This property has more than enough space for a helicopter pad, basketball court, swimming pool, recording studio, spa, skating rink, celebrity sanctuary for Trump presidency dodgers and anything else Snoop could possibly want to live a comfortable Canadian life.

Real estate prices continue to soar in the 6ix, and although most Torontonians would welcome him with open arms, Snoop could stand to be a little more flexible in his real estate investing, while also being able to keep an eye on the Tweed facilities.

Screw Tweed. They’re giving money to the same organizations that fought against legalization for years, like MADD. They’re not our friends.
